A self-motivated, dynamic, confident person and a man who distinguishes himself by ‘thinking outside the boundaries’, N. K. Ramachandran Menon is the chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan – Middle East. Indian Educational School, Kuwait, Private International English School, Abu Dhabi, Modern International School, Muscat and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan-Bahrain Kendra is directly under his chairmanship.
Having played various roles as a thought leader, a keen analyst, a thorough administrator, Mr. Menon is spearheading his school’s expansion in Education and ICT. His focus areas include high-growth sectors such as ICT for educational governance and e-learning.
Being an innovator himself, he has initiated and actively supported various ventures within the organisation. He is specially known for his forte in team building and venturing new ideas in the organisation.

Mr. Sooraj Ramachandranis spearheading the group middle east expansion and initiatives of the group especially initiatives to launch pre schools which will function as feeder schools to all the Bhavans schools in the Middle East in the future as well as initiatives to start programmes for student training for distance and higher education, professional courses and special education. Programmes for teacher training are also part of future plans.
A Chartered Accountant by profession with his practice based out of India, Sooraj did his initial six years of his schooling in Indian School Kuwait and the later six years in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Elamakara in Cochin, Kerala. Sooraj, who is an avid reader and a sports enthusiast, has represented his school and college teams in Cricket, Football, and various Track and Field events. Presently, Sooraj stays in Abu Dhabi with his wife, Vineetha, who is a Doctor and their two children.

Ms. Divya Rajesh Ramachandran
Ms. Divya Rajesh Ramachandran is a Chartered Accountant by profession with 15+ years of qualified experience. She is a senior partner in a well-established firm based in Cochin with Branches in Kollam, Trivandrum, Bangalore, and Chennai. She did her schooling in Indian School Kuwait till the VIIIth Standard and then moved on to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Elamakkkara, Cochin for the Secondary and Senior Secondary schooling.
She is married to Rajesh Ramachandran who is also a practicing-chartered accountant and the founder partner of the firm she practices in. They have 3 children, one pursuing graduation in Pune and the other two studying in Al Ain. She is an avid reader and music enthusiast and pursues dance, photography, and writing when time permits.

RAGHU VEERENDRANADH
Mr. Raghu Veerendranadh K. is a highly accomplished and dedicated educationist with over two decades of experience in teaching and school leadership. As the Principal of Bhavan’s Pearl Wisdom School in Al Ain, he brings a wealth of expertise, particularly in Mathematics, and a proven track record of fostering academic excellence. His distinguished career includes previous leadership roles, such as Principal at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Residential Public School, where he was instrumental in enhancing student learning outcomes. His strong academic foundation, including a Master of Science in Mathematics and a B.Ed., is further strengthened by professional certifications in School Management and comprehensive CBSE training.
Beyond his administrative prowess, Mr. Raghu Veerendranadh is a recognized leader in teacher development. He has made a significant impact as a Resource Person, conducting numerous workshops for teachers within the Bhavan’s network. A key focus of his work has been equipping educators with innovative methods to overcome “Maths Phobia” in students, thereby creating more engaging and effective classrooms. His exceptional contributions have been honoured with prestigious awards, including the Best Principal award from the NSO for his work in rural education development and the Best Coordinator award from Jhana Vignana Parishad.
At the core of his philosophy is a commitment to holistic development. Mr. Raghu is an inspiring leader who advocates for an education that nurtures not just intellectual capacity but also emotional intelligence and strong character.
